Preparing a message, opening WhatsApp or sending an enquiry does not reserve a vehicle. The vehicle, route, availability and price must be agreed and confirmed separately.

First-ride offer

First-time customers receive 10% off their first ride. Request the offer before confirming the booking. Your written quote will show the discount and final total. Sending a request alone does not confirm availability or reserve a vehicle.

Your written quote

Check the total, inclusions, payment arrangements, waiting policy, additional stops, cancellation terms and any requested equipment. Do not assume a service, vehicle model or amenity is available until it appears in the confirmed arrangements.

Changes and cancellations

The applicable terms should be provided before booking. Contact the service directly about a changed itinerary, delayed flight or cancellation. No unverified cancellation fee or refund promise is published here.
