People and bags need separate counts
A vehicle that seats the group may not hold every suitcase. Include large cases, carry-ons, strollers and equipment in your enquiry. Ask for the actual luggage allowance of the proposed vehicle.
One vehicle or several?
Different arrival times, hotel locations or accessibility needs can make multiple vehicles a better fit. Compare the complete plan rather than choosing solely by the largest advertised seat count.
Sprinter, stretch limo or SUV
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter layouts include Standard, Executive/VIP, Limo Conversion and Business/First Class, up to 14 passengers. A stretch limousine seats 6 to 10 for an event or night out, and SUVs suit smaller groups. Confirm the exact seating and luggage space before booking.
Make the request your own
Your quote should reflect the specific itinerary above, the vehicle proposed and any requested extras. Confirm availability, inclusions and the cancellation terms before reserving. If the route or passenger requirements change, ask for the quote to be updated.
