A useful itinerary leaves room to breathe
List fixed appointments first and flexible stops second. Include meeting start times separately from pickup times. A realistic plan makes it easier to discuss waiting arrangements and changes during the day.
A chauffeur reservation is a vehicle plan too
Specify the vehicle category, passenger count and luggage. If you are seeking a driver for your own car, make that clear: it is a different request from a chauffeured vehicle reservation and needs separate confirmation.
Privacy and communication preferences
Tell us who should receive trip updates and whether a guest, assistant or event coordinator is arranging the journey. Keep sensitive business details out of your initial message; the route and timing are enough to start.
Make the request your own
Your quote should reflect the specific itinerary above, the vehicle proposed and any requested extras. Confirm availability, inclusions and the cancellation terms before reserving. If the route or passenger requirements change, ask for the quote to be updated.

Common questions
Can I hire a chauffeur or driver service near me?
Yes. Request a chauffeured sedan, SUV or Sprinter for a single trip or an hourly itinerary anywhere in the five boroughs. A driver for your own car is a separate request that needs explicit confirmation.
