No minimum hours
Many limo companies in New York require a 3- or 4-hour minimum for hourly bookings. We have no minimum hours: reserve the time your plan actually needs, and the quote states when the reserved time starts and how additional time is billed. Confirm whether the same vehicle waits between stops.
Build the route around the priorities
Place appointments, restaurant reservations and ticketed activities in order. Share the approximate time at each stop and the final destination. Significant changes can affect the vehicle schedule and quoted total.
Choose the vehicle for the hours
An executive sedan or luxury SUV suits a business day or shopping trip. A stretch limousine suits an evening, a celebration or a night out, and a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter keeps a larger group together.
Compare hourly and separate transfers
If you will spend most of the day at one venue, two point-to-point transfers may fit better. If stops are close together and plans may change, an hourly option is worth comparing.
Make the request your own
Your quote should reflect the specific itinerary above, the vehicle proposed and any requested extras. Confirm availability, inclusions and the cancellation terms before reserving. If the route or passenger requirements change, ask for the quote to be updated.
